Sip and Shop Application

We are honored by the amount of interest there has been to participate in our Sip and Shops! We love to see what you all create and are excited to be able to provide a space for you to share that with the community. If you are interested in Participating in our 2023 Sip and Shops please fill out the following application to be considered. Space is limited. The committee will review applications 2 months prior to each event.
